Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Used or damaged items (unless they arrived defective)

• Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
